65. Do Not Track
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals.
Because there is not a single universally adopted standard governing all Do Not Track signals, our Services may not respond to traditional Do Not Track settings.
Where applicable law requires recognition of a qualifying universal opt-out mechanism, we will process such mechanisms as legally required.

This may include principles such as:
- Limiting unnecessary information collection
- Role-based access
- Customer workspace separation
- Appropriate data retention
- Security controls
- User permissions
- Auditability
- Controlled integration access.
67. Our Customers’ Privacy Responsibilities
Businesses using GetRoadNexus are independently responsible for complying with laws applicable to their collection and use of personal information.
Depending on their operations, Customers may need to:
- Provide their own privacy notices
- Obtain appropriate SMS consent
- Obtain location-tracking consent

GetRoadNexus does not replace a Customer’s own privacy-compliance obligations.
68. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy periodically.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of the Policy.
